About
It all started at age 7, starring (as an extra) in a film with Wesley Snipes. By 16, I was working at Kiss 100, until EMAP swooped in and crushed everyone's dreams. Undeterred, I graduated Brighton University with a Desmond (TuTu) and nearly became a BBC 1Xtra presenter. I didn’t get it (still not over it), so I created the experimental music show Groove Nation - featuring mixes by Bonobo, Freq Nasty, Derrick Carter and more, way ahead of its time on Sky channel 217.
From there, i bounced around production for a while which led me to heading up the video department at ELLE UK, producing & directing a huge range of online content -featuring the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Pete Doherty, Lily Allen…
I went on to produce music videos for artists like FKA Twigs, Disclosure, Blood Orange, Skepta, Jessie Ware and others.
Today, I mostly direct commercial projects where comedy and human emotion collide - the delicate art of making people feel things: preferably laughter, sometimes tears, occasionally both.
I also self-shoot fashion editorials, music content, and scout wild locations.
Everything I do draws from endless curiosity, a keen eye, and many years spent studying the beautiful chaos of being a person on this weird little planet.
Book me before I start another career! : )
